Took my car in for it's first service. I bought a service plan with the car but there was no record of it on the system. Had to wait until the sales team to come in and dig out a copy of the sale invoice showing the purchased plan. Otherwise courteous and efficient service.
Great friendly service, fab hot chocolate. David was very helpful and not at all pushy. many thanks love me new car :-)
Initially spoke with the dealership on carwow, really really pleased with that. Very very easy to speak to. Popped in this morning to get a feel for the place and have a look at some vehicles and all the sales team and managers are without a doubt the friendliest bunch of people Ive met during my car buying journey so far. Salesman made an error resulting in fine with DVLA under my name. Now he's pretending that he have done it to the "company standards". If that is the standard they offer I would certainly avoid.
Shame their curiosity cars are rubbish. I did say while I was there that if they had better curiosity cars, like the car my wife was looking at when we dropped my car off for a service, we would have probably placed an order for one by the end of the day. I bet they are missing out on loads of sales Otherwise, great service.
